The only way to halt his progress momentarily is to click on him to retract into his shell.

Each level of Snail Bob features a clearly marked exit, and your objective is to guide Bob to this exit safely. If Bob becomes trapped or injured, you will need to restart the level. The game penalizes you for taking too long, with your score decreasing from a starting value of 300. To achieve a high score, aim to guide Bob to the exit as quickly and efficiently as possible.
